Fight against Cyber Harrasment
Harassment is a criminal offence that needs to be taken very seriously, and poses delicate problems of proof.
First of all, it is necessary to diagnose the seriousness of the attacks, how long they have been going on, and the psychological and professional damage they have caused - and then to prove them.
This requires a methodical approach, and the advice of a lawyer is essential.
You can't just improvise the process of gathering evidence or building up a medical file to measure and quantify the damage suffered.
Neither can dealing with a legal institution, which often drags its feet and has to be pushed by complaints and reminders.
I have a wealth of experience in this field, which I intend to put at the service of victims of harassment - whether on social networks, at school or in the workplace.
In 2023, I fought for a record prison sentence for cyberstalkers, with an eight-month suspended sentence - and a ban on social networking as a probationary sentence. We will successfully take the necessary steps to neutralize cyberstalking.
